D-3.Terminate Emergency Declared by Resolution 2022-23 Repair of Supply Line at The Aten Reservoir Tank Has Been Completed.
D-4.Terminate Emergency Declared by Resolution 2022-62. Repair/Replacement of Main Breaker at Water Treatment Plant Has Been Completed.
D-5.Approve Purchase of Two Influent Meters for The Wastewater Treatment Plant to Maintain Compliance with State Requirements in the Amount of $14,959.21 (Not Including of Fees and Labor).
D-6.Approve Purchase of Parts for Vactor Truck Not to Exceed $30,000.00
D-7.Approve Bulk Purchase of Crack Sealer for Street Maintenance in the Amount of $36,342.00.

 1.Approval of Resolution 2022-69 A Resolution of the City Council Authorizing an Application Submission to Obtain Funding Through the FY 2025-2026 Surface Transportation Block Grant (STBG) Program for the Aten Boulevard Rehabilitation Project.
F-2.SUBJECT:A Resolution of the City Council Regarding Unallocated Funds Account
 1.Approval of Resolution 2022-70 Regarding Treatment of an Unallocated Fund Account in the City of Imperial General Fund for Purposes of Reconciliation of the FY 19/20 Single Audit and Completion of FY 20-21 and FY 21-22 Municipal Audit.
F-3.SUBJECT:Agreement Between the City of Imperial and MuniTemps Municipal Staffing Solutions
 1.Approval of Agreement Between the City of Imperial and MuniTemps Municipal Staffing Solutions for the Term of Six (6) Months Not to Exceed $191,000.00.
F-4.SUBJECT:Continue Emergency Declared by Resolution 2022-06 For Repair Of Suction Lines at Various Lift Stations.
