I HEREBY REQUEST AN ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF MY PARKING CITATION/30-DAY HOLD. THE REASON I AM CONTESTING THIS IS:

The Imperial Police Department will conduct a review of your parking citation and/or 30-day hold based on the information you provide. You must produce copies of ALL applicable documentation relating to your appeal (vehicle registration, permit, or placard). The documentation will not be returned to you.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS REQUEST FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER THE ISSUANCE OF MY CITATION.
