Subject: Public Hearing, Discussion/Action: Finding conformance with the City of Imperial General Plan for the vacation of a right-of-way portion on Imperial Avenue between 1st Street and State Highway 86. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15305, Class 5 - Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations.
