C. Public Appearances:

C-1. Matters not appearing on the agenda: If you wish to address the Council concerning any item within the Council`s jurisdiction, please raise your hand and be acknowledged by the Mayor. It is requested that longer presentations be submitted to the Council in writing.

E-1.SUBJECT:Deputy Anthony Redondo Memorial Park Proposed Park Improvements
 1.Approve the purchase of inclusive playground, fitness equipment, and shades from Game Time in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00.
 2.Authorization to seek bids.
E-2.SUBJECT:Discuss, approve/deny acceptance of RFP for Labor Compliance Services for Clearwell, filter piping and GAC expansion project.
 1.Approve Labor Compliance Consultants of Southern California-hourly pricing of $90+ fees; not to exceed $13,200.00.
E-3.SUBJECT:Surplus items at the Imperial Public Library.
 1.Declaration of certain books, materials and equipment as surplus at the Imperial Public Library and authorization to donate and/or dispose of said materials.
E-4.SUBJECT:Imperial Public Library Code of Conduct Policy.
 1.Approve resolution 2022-67, adopting Imperial Public Library patron code of conduct.
